Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation: Craft engaging, creative content for our social media channels that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
  2. Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with users across social platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive community.
  3. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates, suggesting new ideas to integrate into our social media strategy.
  4. Analytics Monitoring: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of social media posts and campaigns, providing insights to guide future strategies.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals and campaigns.


  1. Social Media Savvy: A strong understanding of and passion for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their analytics tools.
  2. Content Creation Skills: Ability to create visually appealing and written content that engages diverse audiences.
  3. Communication Excellence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft messages that resonate with our target audience.
  4. Analytical Mindset: Basic knowledge of social media analytics, with a willingness to learn and apply data-driven decision-making.
  5. Team Player: Strong collaboration skills, with an eagerness to learn from others and contribute to a team’s success.
  6. Education and Experience: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Previous experience in a social media role is a plus but not mandatory for enthusiastic learners.
